Personal training is the best way to get into shape and stay there. Each of my clients have different physiques, requirements and goals and I specialise in helping them get the most out of their training programmes. As a personal trainer, I will help you to maximise the returns you get from training and will also help you to sustain those levels of fitness.
One-on-One Sessions
When working out, it can be easy to fall into the same exercise patterns which leads to boredom and lack of motivation. I write a new session each time you come, so you will never get bored or sessions will never feel “samey”.
I create a tailored and individual fitness plan to help you maximise results in a timely manner, increasing the efficiency of your exercise. This is especially beneficial if you have limited time to exercise.
One of the perhaps less known benefits of personal training is that it’s much more than fitness. Personal trainers act as unofficial therapists and can provide a great source of connection. Sure, they’ll help you reach your fitness goals but they also care about your well-being and can assist in improving not only your physical but mental health.
As a personal trainer, I provide expert individual sessions and advice. This can be highly beneficial if you have any contraindications to exercise, injuries, pre/post natal or post menopausal.
When exercising on your own it can be easy to skip a session or cheat a set. I will keep you accountable and push your workouts to the next level while providing motivation throughout each session and the duration of your program.

Staying consistent with workout routines is challenging but training with a group provides you with the motivation and accountability everyone needs to be successful.
Working out as part of a group has many advantages, including improved consistency with training and enhanced motivation. Attending shared sessions also helps my clients achieve their goals faster. Working out with others helps to drive fitness levels, improve stamina and most of all, helps to avoid skipping a workout or stopping training all together.

BOOK HEREOnline Sessions
Short on time? Unable to get to the gym? Prefer the privacy of working out at home? Whatever the reason, online training sessions allow you to work out in privacy of your own home and with all the benefits of a private PT session.
I run a couple of online sessions each week. These are perfect sessions for clients working from home and want a quick fitness fix within their day - live on the pc or phone via zoom.
Many of my online clients are also parents who wish to work out with children at home. It’s a great way to fit exercise in, while juggling parenting and hectic lives without needing to leave the house.
Online sessions are fast paced, short sessions which last 30-40 minutes. I give different exercise options to make the sessions easier or harder depending on the client's needs. Each session is different so they never get boring.
